Xolani Mdlalose is a South African gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader. Born and raised in Ulundi, KwaZulu-Natal, he gained prominence as part of the award-winning ensemble Joyous Celebration, where his electrifying stage presence earned him the title “Prince of Praise.” He is recognized for his soul-stirring hits such as “Ngena,” “Phakama,” and “Zibonakalise,” which have become anthems in worship gatherings across South Africa. He also survived a near-death experience with a brain aneurysm, which deepened his commitment to music ministry.

Xolani Mdlalose primarily releases his music independently, with his songs widely available on digital streaming platforms. His debut album, “My Worship,” was released in 2013.
