Ryan Ofei is a Ghanaian-Canadian artist, singer, and songwriter, born on 31 January, 1994, in Ottawa, Canada. He is recognized for his unique blend of contemporary gospel, Afrobeats, and R&B, which reflects his Ghanaian-Canadian heritage. After a near-death experience in his first year of university, he dedicated his life to Christ and began writing songs, eventually becoming a worship pastor for Campus Rush Music in Ottawa. He is also a prominent member of the Atlanta-based collective Maverick City Music, with whom he has appeared on Grammy Award-winning albums.
Ryan Ofei primarily releases his solo music independently. His debut solo album, “Restore,” was released in 2024. He has also been associated with Campus Rush Music and has released EPs such as “David’s Heart” (2019), “The Vow” (2022), and “Celebrate” (2023).
