Limoblaze, born Samuel Onwubiko on October 25, 1995, in Abia State, Nigeria, is a boundary-pushing gospel artist whose sound fuses Afrobeatship-hop, and contemporary Christian music into a genre-defying blend that resonates across cultures. Though born in southeastern Nigeria, he was raised in Makurdi, Benue State, where his love for music began to take shape under the influence of both mainstream and faith-based artists.

Launching his music journey in 2012 with the heartfelt debut track “Memories,” Limoblaze quickly gained attention for his lyrical authenticity and vibrant sonic palette. His rise has been defined by a string of impactful releases and collaborations with gospel powerhouses like Ada EhiTravis Greene, and Da’ T.R.U.T.H.

In a landmark move, Limoblaze joined Reach Records in October 2022, becoming the label’s first international signee based outside the U.S.—a testament to his growing global impact. His breakout single “Jireh (My Provider)” featuring Lecrae and Happi became a global anthem, earning spots on Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats Songs and UK’s Official Charts, further establishing him as a trailblazer in the Afro-gospel scene.

Away from the stage, Limoblaze shares life with his wife, Favour Emma-Imo, whom he married on April 1, 2022. Together, they continue to shine as ambassadors of faith, creativity, and cultural excellence.
