Born on July 18, 1980, in Imo State, Nigeria, Lilian Nneka Nneji stands as a dynamic force in the Nigerian gospel music scene. A passionate worship leader, singer, and songwriter, she is especially known for her vibrant praise sessions and unwavering commitment to traditional gospel sounds, rooted deeply in Igbo culture.
Lilian’s music journey began early in life, culminating in the release of her debut project Anointed Praise (Praise Medley) in 2011. Since then, she has blessed the gospel community with impactful songs such as “E Get Why,” “Odogwu n’agha,” “Ko Joo,” and “Ntughari.” Her style seamlessly merges contemporary gospel with rich indigenous rhythms, making her music both soul-stirring and culturally resonant.
She currently serves as the Music and Worship Director for RCCG Lagos Region 2 and heads the Anointed Praise Groups, frequently ministering at high-profile worship gatherings and church events across the country.
Outside of ministry, Lilian is a visionary entrepreneur. She runs Lilian Nneji Global Ltd, a creative company offering sound production, photography, video services, and live performance coordination.
Married to Pastor Joshua Nneji, a parish pastor within the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the couple is blessed with three children. Lilian’s life and ministry continue to inspire a generation of worshippers with a message of joy, cultural pride, and deep devotion to God.
