Onyedika Obiora, professionally known as Fanzy Papaya, is a Nigerian Afrobeat and highlife musician. He hails from Uga in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. He is recognized for blending traditional highlife sounds with contemporary Afrobeat influences, creating what he sometimes refers to as “new school highlife.”
Fanzy Papaya has released music through various channels. He was previously signed to Emvels Records. More recently, he appears to operate under Papaya Records for some of his releases, as seen with his 2025 single “My Baby.” His music is widely available on digital streaming platforms, and he has collaborated with notable artists like Flavour and Umuobiligbo.
