Amaka Okwuoha, known professionally as Chioma Jesus, is a highly celebrated Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader. Born on February 12, 1972, in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria, she is of Igbo heritage. She gained significant popularity with the release of her 2003 hit song “Chioma,” from which her stage name is derived. Before her music career took off, she was a trader and businesswoman. Chioma Jesus is married to Evangelist Callistus Okwuoha, and they have three children.

Chioma Jesus’s music is known for its energetic and indigenous style, primarily falling under the Gospel, Igbo Christian music, Contemporary Gospel, and Worship genres.
