Brenden Praise Ledwaba, known simply as Brenden Praise, is a highly regarded South African singer-songwriter and music producer. Born on 5 February, 1994, in Graskop, Mpumalanga, he rose to prominence as the runner-up on the ninth season of Idols South Africa in November 2013.
Brenden is celebrated for his versatile vocal style, which effortlessly blends soul, R&B, and house music with a distinct gospel undertone. He began playing the piano at age 12, building on an early interest in music that started at six.
