Ayabonga Bandile Sinothando Khumalo, known professionally as Ayarhkay, is a South African artist. Originally from Mandeni, South Africa, she began her musical journey at a young age, performing in church at four and leading a gospel group by twelve. She wrote her first song at eighteen, showcasing her early talent and dedication to music. Ayarhkay is also known for being one of the Khumalo sisters, often collaborating with her sisters Okuhle and Naledi Aphiwe.

Ayarhkay primarily operates as an independent artist, with her music widely available on digital streaming platforms. While she often releases independently, she has collaborated with artists featured on various labels, and some of her work has been associated with Ujuu Records through featured appearances.
